At Make Them Jealous, we strive to ensure that your orders are shipped promptly and securely. Please read the details of our shipping policy below.


Domestic Shipping (Indonesia):

Courier: We use JNE for all domestic shipments within Indonesia.

Shipping Fees: Domestic shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the package.

Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.


International Shipping (Worldwide):

Courier: International orders are shipped via POS Indonesia.

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary by country but generally range between 7-14 business days after dispatch.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders):

For all international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Make Them Jealous does not cover these charges. If applicable, your country’s customs office may contact you for payment before delivery.

Failure to pay customs duties may result in your package being held, returned, or destroyed. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unpaid customs duties.


Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Processing times may be extended during product drops, promotions, or high-demand periods.


Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to most countries; however, shipping may not be available to certain regions due to logistical restrictions.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

Make Them Jealous is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking status shows "Delivered," we consider the package as fulfilled.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping provider (JNE or POS Indonesia) directly with your tracking number.
