Our products are reworked and upcycled from various thrifted or second-hand materials. We do not guarantee the authenticity of any branded materials used in the process.
By purchasing from Make Them Jealous, you acknowledge that items may contain repurposed elements that resemble or originate from branded products. We assume no liability for claims regarding counterfeit or imitation items.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
4. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, complete purchase and account information for all transactions.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event of changes or cancellations, we may notify you by email or phone.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once payment has been completed.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement:
1. Arbitration:
By using or purchasing from Make Them Jealous, you agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy between you and Make Them Jealous related to your purchase, our website, these Terms, or any applicable law, will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration is a method of resolving disputes without going to court. A neutral third party (the arbitrator) will make a final decision. The arbitrator will issue a written decision with findings of fact and law. They may not make legal errors, and decisions can be reviewed by a court. Each party covers their own legal costs.
1.1. Arbitration Procedures:
